what she means: in the episode of spongebob where he “loses his identity” by misplacing his name tag, he needs the name tag for an inspection by mister krabs at his job, however, in the same inspection, squidward doesn’t have his name tag and he passes. why does squidward pass his inspection without a name tag when spongebob supposedly wouldn’t have if he didn’t have his? why doesn’t spongebob or squidward have name tags in any other episode? does this mean that they don’t pass inspections at any other time? or rather, does spongebob not pass his inspection at any other time because apparently squidward can pass his inspection without said name tag?
