Kamimatsu was looking around outside. He didn’t want to disturb anyone inside, but he didn’t want to leave the house.
He heard music playing and a nice voice singing, and was curious.
“Hello? Who is there?”
Karamatsu smiled and looked over at where he heard the voice. “Ah! You really are back!” He said happily and waved. “Uh….let me just….get off the roof.” He laughed and stood up carefully so he didn’t fall.
“Please, be careful nii-sama!” Kamimatsu looked worried. “I’ll try to catch you if I can.” He held out his arms, really hoping Karamatsu got down safely.
“I’ll be okay, I come up here all the time!” He walked down the ladder he’d put up and walked over. “So where’ve you been hiding from us? Or did you just happen to be summoned again?”
Kamimatsu had a moment of panic as Karamatsu walked down the ladder.
“Thank the Lord you’re alright..” he sighed, bowing his head.
“Um…I’ve been hiding. Well, not really. I’ve been living in a rental apartment all this time…”“Don’t worry, I’m okay.” He said. “Rental apartment huh, what made you want to see us then? Seems you’re already doing better then us.”
“I’m not. The apartment I live in isn’t very good at all, with mice and disturbing noises in other rooms.” Kami scratched his head. “And I’ve quit my job…”
“Oh, well you can always stay here, the bed doesn’t have much room but you can sleep next to me.”
“Ah no. I couldn’t do that!” he shook his head quickly. “I’m going to be trouble for everyone.”
“You’re not going to be trouble!” He laughed. “Come on, just until you get another job, it’ll be nice to have you around anyway.”
“Cripes.” he mumbled under his breath. He didn’t want to get a job. Not for the reasons like the others , but by the fact that he always seems to be taken advantage of.
“Yeah…I’ll be out of your way…” he bowed and thanked Karamatsu.“Out of my way? No bug me as much as you want.” He wrapped his arm around Kamimatsu and ruffled his hair. “You’re a matsu? You can bug me as much as possible.”
Kamimatsu flinched. He was not used to affection from his brothers. It was…different.
“Are you certain? I mean…i-f you need to shoot you, you can…”
“I’m absolutely sure, come on, I’ll make you something to eat.” He said happily. “Just as a warning all of us bathe together too.”
“Ah…nii-sama…thank you. You are too kind.” he smiles and nods. “I know that already you know. ”
“I’m just reminding you.” He brought him inside and got them a bowl of chips. “Do you want a beer?”
Kamimatsu took a chip and nibbled on it. “Mm, no…I only drink wine on special occasions…” He spoke softly, really not wanting to disturb anyone else.
