Shadow squirmed a bit in discomfort. Why was he always trying to touch them? To pull them into his arms? Was this some kind of gesture of superiority? Was it because he was taller than them?
“What do you think you’re doing?”
“If it’s not embarrassing, then I’ll remain hugging you.” Kami teased, nuzzling their shoulder gently.
“How can you say for sure that you’re not huggable? Have you ever hugged yourself properly?”
Shadow groaned indignantly, continuing to try to pull away from him. Why was he so cuddly towards them?! This was unacceptable!
“C-cause! I know I’m not! I’ve got claws and teeth! I kill things!”
“So do cats.” Kami giggled and rubbed his cheek against theirs.
