His aura was dirty.
“Poke.” he poked their nose.
“I sincerely hope you’re joking,” they scowled at him, ears against their head. Was he calling them culturally insensitive? Or stupid?
“There was nothing artistic or articulate about any of that except for the part with the robot having sentience. The rest of it was just psuedo-intellectual bullshit disguised with pretty colours to make it seem deeper than it really is. The entire first arc is unnecessary as a whole, on top of that. Way too drawn out. That ending, too! It was terrible! If something is going to pretend to be deep, at least give proper cause for speculation. This is just bullshit,” they threw their arms towards the screen in frustration. They weren’t an idiot, and they didn’t appreciate him patronizing them.
The poke to their nose made them snap their teeth at his hands in warning as an immediate reaction.
