“Not hating each other,” Shadow breathed, “is VERY different from ‘far from hating each other’! One has much more intimidating implications!”
“Also, I-I’m not cute…! Don’t…!” they buried their face behind their hands, groaning.
“Is that so? If I were to say…we’re aqaintances, would that make us neutral?” he tried not to giggle. They were downright adorable and they knew it!
