There are times the sextuplets’ actresses are used to cover random women in the series, and it applies to the movie as well.

In ep.18, we have what sounds like Matsui or Hayashibara as the big lady (same raspy voiced used for a sextuplet, but it blurs for me here), Matsumoto as the middle woman with the high bun, and I guess Mashiba? as the last lady.

For this movie, Totoko’s mom is voiced by Hayashibara (as in ep.19), the woman with the glasses sounds like it could be Matsumoto, and Mashiba as the other lady again.
